Tags are due on or before your birthday, unless it's in a Business name or IRP. You can renew your tags online at Renew Tags Online. You will need your license plate or VIN and your drivers license or letter ID.
If you’ve purchased a new vehicle or looking at buying one, you can find out how much TAVT you will owe by clicking this link: Calculate TAVT (Title Tax). You will need the VIN of the vehicle.
For all other online tag, registration and related services, such as going green, cancelling your registration, changing your address, etc., visit https://eservices.drives.ga.gov/
As of March 2013 there will no longer be sales tax on the purchase of motor vehicles. A 6.6% Title Ad Valorem Tax (TAVT) is now required on every title transfer based on the State's fair market value and is due at the time of the title transfer.
Paulding County School Bus Program
The Paulding County School District Transportation Department is committed to providing safe, professional and reliable transportation for eligible students that meets all the requirements of the daily instructional program and extracurricular activities.
Because the school bus is an extension of the classroom, we are an integral part of the education of all students within our school district.
Safety is our number one priority and is a group effort. Students, parents, teachers, school administrators, and drivers are all assigned responsibility. We value each and every student and will emphasize that by treating each student with dignity and respect. We are committed to providing safe, consistent, reliable transportation and will strive to continually upgrade our service to students and parents as it becomes possible.
We transport over 19,000 students and travel over 13,000 miles each day.
The Paulding County School District uses VersaTrans which provides information about School Bus Stops and a School Locator. Bus stop assignments are determined by primary residential address.
The School / Bus Stop Locator is available to determine the school of attendance and bus information. Times posted are approximate. Generally, drivers are able to complete their routes according to schedule.
However, the bus can be delayed by factors such as mechanical problems, weather, road work, and traffic accidents. Also, drivers are better able to maintain their schedule when students are at their assigned bus stop on time.
