Come out and show your support for our military men and women that serve our country. Over 23 teams will be in Paulding County again this year to play some good old fashioned softball. Teams consist of active duty, reservist and retired military pesonnel and they would love to have residents come out and watch them play!
Friday night, June 21, there will be a Homerun Derby with some great give-aways. Monies will benefit one of the military charities.
Saturday, June 22, opening ceremonies will begin at 8:00 am on the Little Caesar's Field (field #1) and will consist of Post 111 American Legion Riders as they parade onto the field, wreath ceremony for fallen soldiers, singing of the National Anthem, opening words from local dignitaries, and the first pitch. Games will be played all day on the 5 fields and there will be a lot of good food, great give-a-ways and just good old fashioned fun!
Sunday will finish up the day with championship games.
